I went to the Dr. a couple days ago and he gave me the okay to stop physical therapy. It didn't seem to be helping, if anything it was making my back worse. I'm glad I don't have to go anymore but I'm going to miss my therapist and everyone else there :(
He's trying to get me in to see a specialist but apparently there is a waiting list.
I feel like I've been to the urgent care clinic and the dr.s office more in the last month than I've been in my entire life.
